Creating a Persistent List of RSS Links in a Post

  • OK, if this has been dealt with, I apologize, but I’ve been searching around for DAYS and haven’t found quite what I’m looking for.

What I would like to do is create a daily or weekly (doesn’t matter which, really) collection of links from an RSS feed, then insert it into a post with some kind of boilerplate introductory text. Something like, “Today (or This Week) from RSS Feed XYX…” and then what would follow would be a list of links from that feed for the day/week in question.

There are many plugins that let you spit out a list of links from a feed, but I can’t seem to find one that is date-ranged AND one that will leave the links alone once they’ve been posted. In other words, if I post links from the week of 1/28, in another week, they’ll be automatically replaced by the new week. I want each post to remain static once it’s set up.

Anyone know how to do this? Again, if I’ve missed something, I apologize.

    Thanks!
