Creating a Orphaned Post for Email Signature

Before I go into detail let me be clear that I’m a novice user with WordPress and any sort of web coding but my work none the less has tasked me with creating a page or post that can be used only within a Email Signature so it’s essentially a orphaned page that contains Safety Information.

Now I created a new post and I had it working for about 3 days and yesterday for a reason undenounced to me when I would click on the permalink within WordPress the page just doesn’t load, after 20 seconds I get this message “The page isn’t redirecting properly Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.”

I have tried numerous things like clearing my cache, turning off and on cookies, deactivated all activated PlugIns and nothing has fixed the issue. If there is a easier way for me to complete what I’m doing please I’m all ears, I first tried creating a Page but I couldn’t find a way to orphan it so I created a “Post” and it worked until yesterday. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
