 * Sometimes i want an order put in myself. That is no problem, but it looks like
   the emailfunctions for the several fases of the orderstatus to the client doesn’t
   work properly.
    Can anyone help me? do you have the same problem? or am i doing
   something wrong?

 * If its a pending order, and you leave the status pending, you need to use the
   manual send function. Send an ‘invoice’.
