Creating a new category in duplicate post

I am creating a new post and select “Create Duplication Link? ” and assign a subcategory to this post, after duplicating the post in subdomain it’s creating a new category in subdomain, which one i have assigned in main domain as a sub category.
(even though in subdomain, subcategory already exist).

Please resolve this issue.
