  • I’m sure that this has been discussed tens of thousands of times, and I’m sure my questions aren’t unique, but I can’t seem to find the answer so I thought I’d start a new thread!

I very simply want to create a tutorial based site that will allow me to sell content and streaming videos. I’ve researched many a plugins, systems, paywalls etc and there hasn’t been one yet that seems to suit my needs. I’ve looked into wishlist member, tinywall, cleeng, you name it.

    I have two main concerns.

    1. The ability for a user to click on a post, view the ‘preview’ content and opt to purchase it. Purchasing will unlock the rest of the page or redirect the user to a paid version of the page. Ideally the latter.

    2. A members area in which a user can login and view all of their past purchases so that they don’t have to hunt for what they’ve purchased in their emails etc. Think of it as logging into your Amazon.com account and viewing everything you’ve gotten.

I don’t necessarily want to create paid memberships that will unlock an entire site, it would be preferable to do PPV. I’ve researched some PPV plugins including WPMU’s PPV one and reached out to them, they however do not have any sort of membership dashboard that let’s people see what they’ve previously purchased, which kind of sucks.

Does anyone know of such a solution? Thank you!
