creating a “jump to” link

    I’m creating a brand new site for my tshirt printing company.

    Unfortunately I cannot provide a link as clicking it will redirect to my old site so please see the screenshots!

    I’d like to create a jump to link where it says “bulk discounts” that jump the user down to see my quantity based discount table, as currently it’s easy to miss as the theme puts it below the product description.

    I’m having trouble as I need to put target text in the title “quantity based pricing table” so the link knows where to jump to. But as I can’t directly edit this part of the code I’m not sure how to do that!
