Creating a downloadable link from Videopress files

I would like to send my customers the video we upload to Videopress as a download link through IM or email.

However, the only available link is a streaming link with an option to download if you click the 3 dotted button at the bottom.

I want to have a video file download automatically when the customer clicks the link or have it prompt the customer to download the file or simply run it.

How can I make this the case with all of the videos hosted on Videopress on the site?
