# Creating a Custom Shortcode

 * Is there a switch/option that I missed that enables the use of a custom shortcode?
   I’ve added my code thru Shortcode Exec PHP but can’t get any page to execute 
   it. It just echo’s as I have typed it.

 * When you add a short code to a page or post, do it in the Text editing mode, 
   not the Visual.
