# Creating a ADMIN THEME plugin

 * I have a friend that has created an admin panel theme, but he’d like to make 
   it into a plugin so it’s easier to install for users. I need to know how hard
   it’d be to do this.
 * Files that have changed are: admin_header.php, menu_header.php, wp-admin.css,
   and added: wp_logo.gif.
