• Hi,

    we are using the Premium Version of the plugin. As a user submits our form, we have two feeds (contact data & ticket data) to transfer to our freshdesk account. The Sync is succesful, but the data are sent twice. In both feeds we enabled the option to update, if already exists.

    # 20700 and # 20699 have the same content and are created within one submit.
