Created redirect was reverse than what was intended and cannot be deleted.

  • Created a “Quick” redirect from the interface in this plugin.
Page A should redirect to page B.
What happened was, page A would redirect to page B, but then page B would redirect back to page A. I never setup any redirects from B to A.
I deleted the redirect from the plugin, and that removed the redirect from A to B, but the redirect from page B to A still exists. I overwritten my .htaccess, I’ve uninstalled the plugin, and still the redirect exists.

  • could be a cache issue, try cleaning your cache

definitely a caching issue. Also be sure you do not have multiple redirect plugins installed and activated. With each one trying to take over certain aspects of the page load to perform the redirects, you could have unexpected results.
