Created Page Templates Missing

I recently upgraded to 2.6.2 and none of my created page templates are displaying under the Page Template drop-down. Instead, it only lists the the three default templates (Default, Archive, and Links). I even tried creating a new template and it didn’t show up. Funny thing though, the pages that I had previously created, that are using a created template, act as if they are still using that template even though it shows “Default Template”. Anyone know if this is a bug and how I can fix it???
