Created New Development Wrapper For WordPress

    Have create a new development wrapper for wordpress which is for those of a more advanced development nature.

    It abstracts back a lot of the commonly used functions into an OOP framework that allows rapid development of modular based add ons.

    It required PHP 5.4 as a minimum as i have used closures and new array notation through out code.

    Knowledge of composer also essential as there are vendor dependencies required.
