Hi there, i’ve a strange issue. The plugin works fine when a key is already in the database, but when i add a key after an order and assign to this and complete the order, the key doesn’t shows in myaccount page. Mail and in the order overview it looks fine.

Any ideas? I’m thankful for any suggestions.

    Cheers, rams

I have exactly the same problem… How to solve this ‘bug’ ?

    Hello @ramsambam and @konijntje

thank you for your messages and for using my plugin.

If you want to add additional keys to an order, then you need to make sure that the product to which the key belongs to also exists in the order.

Example: If Order 1 has product A and B, and I add a license key which is assigned to product C, then it won’t show up in the “My Account” page.

Let me know if you need further help with this.

Hi @drazenbebic and thank you for this great plugin o/

I got you and that’s not the point. It’s 100% assgined to the right product with ID. The key is visible in “orders” backpanel&fronend and also in the mail. The only issue is, the key doesn’t show in “myaccount” frontend.

When a key is already in the database und the order completes automatically, it’s working and the key is visibile on myaccount frontend page.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Then perhaps there is something wrong with the plugin. I will take a look and let you know.

    Hello @drazenbebic
    I get some issue

So I found the culprit. I have a pretty messed up function that I wrote which is responsible for retrieving license keys for a specific customer.

I also recall that it had to be written that way, because back then I didn’t have a “user_id” column for each license.

A fix for this will be provided in the next patch, thanks everyone! πŸ™‚

Hi @drazenbebic thank you very much for investigating of this issue!

What do you think when you’re able to drop the update? I’ve to find a solution soon otherwise unfortunately i’ve to switch to another plugin.

    Cheers, rams
