Created Blog Page is Empty event with posts

I have just put zerif lite active on my wordpress blog and want to get it running. my blog posts are on a separate page (previously) and now when I got the page titled “Blog” it is empty with no posts. http://andrewbeach.com/blog/

I’m sure there is an easy fix as I’m using this theme because of it’s popularity and preformatting. The support page has 58 pages to it and no search function so I feel easiest to just post new. I’ve already skimmed the documentation without any easy answer.
