    Yes. Same issue here.

    Many times during the creation process it says “Application is saved but not yet created retry or cancel. Retrying several times finally reaches 99%, but never creates with a message to contact support and Cancel Scanning.

    There is a known issue on the recent hours that is affecting new Apps installations.

    Our developers are working on the issue which should be resolved very soon.
