Create wordpress user from FS Contact Form?

Is there a way, (or would you ever be able to make it work?) to have a wordpress user account created from the user filling out the contact form, using the Name and Email fields?

I use FS Contact Form to receive request for quotes. When a customer and I agree on a quote, I would like them to already have an account on my website so they can login and pay for the quote (Using a different plugin. We’d just need them to have an account first.)

Right now, I have to create a user account for them manually (or ask them to do it) before I can send them a quote invoice. I would love it if I could just have an account for them already.
