Facing some issues with a new installation of the plugin. * The theme is Ocean WP. * On clicking the icon it goes to the accounts page of woocommerce. I carried them out, and face the same issue – if I want to create a new ticket, I click on the New Ticket Button. The test site had a custom link structure where the plugin worked. I simply replicated the same perma link structure on the new site. * Those facing this issue can try changing the perma link structure from Settings.
