Create ticket for user group

    Is there a way when I create a ticket, it can be sent to all users in the usergroup, or even to allow me to just CC the other users in on the ticket?

    Hi @nesskur000,

    This is already available when Usergroup add-on is active. Edit any notification you want to send for other members of group, check that in recipient section.
