• How can I make a static homepage using Elementor that doesn’t have the standard sidebar that’s on all my other pages? I’d like the homepage to stretch across the whole screen, but I still want my sidebar one everything else. Is there a way to do this?

And to make the page through Elementor, do I need to first switch the homepage to static?

    Thank you!

  • Hi there,
you will need to create a new page and select the “Page Builder” template https://prnt.sc/lx6jpv for it. Save the page, and then edit it via Elementor.
To make it homepage, select it under Settings->Reading as a static frontpage.

Let me know if you need additional help on this.

Awesome, thank you so much! I do just have one other question. Is there an easy enough way to include a slider like on the regular homepage I have through the theme?

    Hi there,
you can use any third party slider (from WordPress.org plugin repository) that supports Elementor. But not the default theme slider.
