 * it looks like the plugin files for popup feature are not being loaded.. when
   using the shortcode.. normal embed in wp admin works fine.
 * i can share login to wp admin if required.
 * thank you,
 * J

 * the link to view it is here –
 * [https://staging.vip-hauserwirth.com/product/test-product-9](https://staging.vip-hauserwirth.com/product/test-product-9)
 * If you inspect the element for the share icon in the right hand side (next to
   favorite icon).
 * pls also check the files in source code.
 * again this is using wordpress functions file – echoing the shortcode.

 * Hi [@jimcallender](https://wordpress.org/support/users/jimcallender/)
 * Thank you for reaching out!
 * I checked the test page and saw the HTML span with popup class. The span is currently
   set to display none. Here’s the HTML:
    `<span class="pum-trigger popmake-9817"
   data-do-default="">share</span>`
 * I have also checked the console, and there is no popup initializing. Please update
   the popup settings – popmake-9817 and ensure it has a trigger Click Open. If
   the issue persists, kindly add an **Extra CSS Selectors** in the Trigger: Click
   Open -> **.popmake-9817**
 * For example [https://share.getcloudapp.com/6quYDw7m](https://share.getcloudapp.com/6quYDw7m)
 * I hope that helps. If your issue is resolved please take a moment to [rate and review the plugin](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/popup-maker/reviews/?rate=5#rate-response).

 * thanks for the reply – i am using the shortcode –
 * echo do_shortcode(‘[popup_trigger id=”9817″]share[/popup_trigger]’);
 * Does that look correct?
 * I have also embedded the shortcode into a wysiwyg and it’s still not working –
   please advise.
