 * Is there any plugin or document that I can use to create post inline,
    Just like
   quick edit (it shows title / category and other field), but I need to create 
   post from listing page without going to inner page.

 * On the Dashboard, there is Quick Draft. There might be plugins that offer something
   like that, but an interface that takes all the parameters of a post is really
   an editor, so that’s the typical method. The plugins that do CSV import or WXR
   import or any other kind of import don’t have an interface for you to type in.
   
   You could copy the code from Quick Draft, and make a plugin to have it available
   in the Post list instead of the Dashboard.
