This is just a suggestion, but would it be possible to create newsletters from within the Hubspot plugin – letting you use content from already published posts or pages?

    Hello @kjetisve,

Thanks for your suggestion. Which version of the plugin do you have? Since version 7.37.2 the email creation flow is inside the plugin. You can create a new email and use one of the newsletter templates. You will have to manually compose the content of the email though.

With the HubSpot Marketing Hub Professional you could also create blog or RSS email where you can publish your content once and send updates to your email subscribers.

I hope this answer helps you clarifying your question. Please do not hesitate in reaching our if you need further information.

    Kind regards,

I think I’ve got the newest one, so I see the creation flow inside the plugin.
What I want to propose is to have an option of inserting content from posts, like you have with the RSS feed option, but a little more advanced.
In addition to the “add X posts”, I would like to be able to select which category to choose from.
It would be great if I could insert one specific post, and have it appear like a card (different style options would be nice) inside the newsletter. Customization of how long the summary should be, how to display the featured image, and “Read more” boxes would be nice.

The system should also be able to see if I have used the post in a previous newsletter, so that when creating an automated newsletter, set up to pick the latest x articles from category y, it leaves out those already “used”. This should probably be overridable.

Hi @kjetisve. Unfortunately, we do not offer this functionality at the moment. You can try asking in and see if other users have found any solutions to your problem.
