# Create New Table with Form

 * Hi. I’d like to create a new table when I add a user to my database. I’m not 
   sure I’m completely understanding the form syntax.
 * For instance, say I have a table called “users” with the fields “id”, “firstname”,“
   lastname”, “idnumber”.
 * I have created a form to add records to this table per the instructions in the
   faq and that works great. What I want to do is everytime I create a new user 
   I want to creat a table called “idnumber_history” with the fields “date”, “event”,
   and “total”.
 * Is there a way to do this easily with the shortcode?

   this? If so how everything I try I end up with all fields in one line.
