Create new post with local time & date automatically?

    I have a particular need for a way for one of my WordPress installs to behave. I’d like each new post that I create to have the local time & date as the title. That is, if I create a new post right this moment, the title for that post will automagically be shown as 4:32 AM Friday, February 14th, 2022.

    Is there a plugin that will already do the job, or should I add a function to functions.php?
