Create new account only option ?

    Hi
    Here is the thing.

    I have tried to get access to my own account for over a week now. I click forgot password, write my mail adress there and a sign pops up where it says they have sent a mail to me. No mails comes. Tried well over 10 times without success. Nothing in spamfolder either.

    Is the only way to create a whole new account or what is this all about ?

    Very thankful for any tips that can lead to a solution on this.

    There are other ways as well to recover your password, but you will need code and database access to this.

    Hello @petzonnet

    I just did a test signup and the welcome email to setup a password was not sent either. This means your site is not able to send out emails.

    Do you have access to the website’s hosting account? You can easily login with Softaculous if you are using cPanel and fix the email issue. You can also change the password through the database via phpmyadmin Check this guide from WPBeginner.
