Create links with comma (,) in it?

    Hello,
    Is there a way to create a link from two words separated by comma?
    I have a list of players for a football club in this format:
    Last name, Surname.

    Some have the same names, so for the links to link to correct source, I would need that.

    Is there a way to separate terms with anything else than commas?
