Create Distribution – Nothing happens
-
Hi there,
I installed the plugin, followed the instructions, pressed Create Distribution and nothing happens…
It’s been like this for 30 minutes.
Am I missing something?
The website is bayskitchen.co.uk on WordPress 5.5

Hello @nettlofgloucester
Can you check Amazon and see if the distribution has been created?
If not, it might be related to the server.
Hi,
Where would I find this?
Is this under CloudFront, Distributions? If so there’s nothing in there its just asking me to create one…
Any help?
@nettlofgloucester Are you able to get the server logs?
OR
are you comfortable making changes to the PHP code?SEE BELOW:

Is there any other plugin that is used to access Amazon AWS?
Nope, just your plugin!
Any suggestions?
Can you share the following info:
WP version
PHP version
Theme nameI’ll try to replicate the setup and check what’s causing this error
WP 5.6
PHP 7.4 (Accessible from the site page within Flyerlink)
Divi 4.7.6 (Though this could be updated to 4.8 should the developer feel necessary via Appearance > Theme.Hey there @luckychingi!
I have just installed the latest version of this plugin and I’m facing the exact same issue.
I click the link to set up the CloudFront distribution and nothing happens. The only thing I notice is in the browser console, that call returns a 500 error:Nothing in the response body returns any useful information, just a generic WordPress error.
I’m also using the same versions as previously stated, WP 5.6 and PHP 7.4.
For the theme, we’re using SKT Elastic Version 1.3 (with Elementor plugin, fwiw). Thanks!
Thanks @moshes
I am currently testing it and will update as soon as I can
I tested the plugin and can setup the distribution.
If you would like to test the demo server, please send an email from my website.
Hey @luckychingi
I just tested it again on my website and it still doesn’t work.
I verified it wasn’t an issue with the service account by being able to runaws cloufdront list-distributions
on my local terminal using the AWS creds I generated for the designated service account.
I’m reaching out to support@wpadmin.ca now and adding a link to this post so we can continue there.
Thanks!@luckychingi sorry, i’m lost.
What’s the next steps for me to complete?
Please visit my website (you can find it in my profile) and send me an email.
