Support » Localhost Installs » Create custom link to other folder on local server

  • Hi,

I have been googling around but can’t seem to find and answer to my question.

I have a running website folder in Apache. I am using WordPress ONLY as the blog page. So for the main menu I am adding “Main” which in normal html would look like this: ../../index.html. However I can create a custom link, and I add it as such but when it saves it ALWAYS adds a “html:\\” in front.

Is there any way I can point the link to the other folder from within wordpress. I am using no-ip for dns and still moving through choices so I don’t want to point to a http://www.something.co.za quite yet.

    Thank you.

    Warren.
