 * I love this plugin and just wanted to report a minor bug: the button _Create 
   container_ on the Content Delivery Network tab (when using Rackspace Cloud Files)
   gives me an error about an invalid username or API key.
 * The Rackspace Cloud Files CDN integration works perfectly fine if you create 
   the container through the Rackspace control panel and input that information 
   in WordPress.
