    Hi.

I've been using this plugin for quite a while and I've never had any issues with it.
I have created more than 30 charts and all are still working fine but now I cannot create new charts anymore.

I build a chart under media>visualizer and once I click the 'Create Chart' button, it doesn't add the chart. Instead it shows a 404 error page.

I tried everything I could think of but none solved the issue.

    I deactivated all the plugins.
deleted the 'visualizer' plugin folder completely and reinstalled it through ftp.
I changed my site's theme to default.

None of it seems to solve the problem.

Have you ever seen such a weird behavior happen before?

Could someone please get back to me asap with any info that might help us figure this out?

    Awesome plugin by the way!
    Thank you so much

After testing everything, I asked my hosting company to take a look.
apparently it was a server issue.

    The plugin is working again.

Thanks anyway for the great plugin.
