Create business directory with purchasable premium listings

Hi guys,
I was wondering on how you would make a business directory-like Theme with different types of listings, e.g. standard listing and premium listing.

If the directory was really only about adresses and contact information, how would you do that? I thought about registering several post_types, giving them custom taxonomies and go for it but – if it’s only about contact info – wouldn’t it be bad to put those into the post_content when it comes to SEO?

What about making several custom fields for e.g. adress, opening hours etc. and use the post_content for premium content?
