Create an exact nav menu

I want to create a nav menu just like http://www.pandaexpress.com. I am building a site for my client and I would like such nav menu/bar. How do I have images drop down on the mega menu? How do I place the icon behind the text for the nav menu? Basically have something that looks and works exactly like it. Thank you very much.
