 * I saw this effect where when you hover over an area, a popup shows with more 
   information. [Here’s an example.](http://www.thinktreedesign.com/staging/mca/v3/mca_home_v3a_adult.html)
   Does anyone know where I could learn more about how to achieve this effect? I
   think that it can be done using CSS. I’m not sure what it’s called but I want
   to use it on a WP site I’m creating

 * Thank you. I’ll see if that works. Basically, when you mouse over the tab ‘Adult
   Education’ for example, the info pops out and the arrow image flips and then 
   the link will take you to that page
