Create a shopping cart item from a form?

    Hello,

    I am quite new to WordPress and WooCommerce. There is a form on my webshop where people can order a package with a budget they can fill in. Is it possible to make some kind of script that when they press the send button on the form, it creates a shopping cart item? With the budget as the price of the item.

    Hi there,

    Not exactly, WooCommerce can only add products to the cart that have been defined in the WordPress admin area. There are some work-arounds on that though, specifically on having a variable price. To have a product added to the cart where the price is dependent on the form being filled in, you’ll want to take a closer look at the Gravity Forms Addons extension.
