# Create a PDF

 * Great plugin.
 * I would like to add a button to generate a pdf of all events for the current 
   year.
 * I am hoping you can point me in the right direction.
 * My current thought is to connect to the SQL database and pull the data into a
   table with the igsv plugin.
 * What database table are used for vsel?
 * or
 * use [FPDF](http://www.fpdf.org/) (I will need to learn a bunch more to use it).
 * I will need to connect to the correct db table for this option also.
 * Any thoughts?

 * Hmm.. think you should use a plugin for that because event data is stored in 
   different tables (so much work to catch all data).
 * When I google this, I notice there are multiple plugins for creating PDFs of 
   posts/pages, look for example at [this](https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/4-plugins-to-provide-pdfs-of-wordpress-posts-but-why-manual-is-better/)
   post.
