Create a menu with 200 product categories keeping hierarchy

    Hi,

    I have recently setup a WordPress 4.3.1 installation using WooCommerce 2.4.7. I have created about 200 categories. Most of them have a 3-level nesting. I need to create a menu containing all root level categories as well as their nested children categories. So far, I haven’t found a way to do so.

    Tried steps:
    1. I navigated to Appearance -> Menu and then created a new menu.
    2. I have enabled Product Categories screen option.
    3. I open Product Categories tab and then click to View All option.
    4. All categories are there. If I try selecting them all and adding them to menu, all of them will be added to my menu but each of them will be added as a root level category. Parent-child relationships will not by preserved.

    Question: Is there any way to automatically add all my categories preserving their nesting?

    Disclaimer: I don’t have much experience with WordPress/WooCommerce.
