# Create a custom form

 * Hi there, I hope you’re doing well. I just install the give wp plugin for a donation
   form. but it shows default form fields I want to change it. I also add add-on
   form field manager and adds some field but still, the default form fields are
   showing. how can I remove them all? Could you please help me with this problem?
