In the Fondy documentations page:

There are options to add fields for custom design, such as presenting/hiding the email, and cardholder name fields.
How I can add these options to your plugin?
The default with your plugin is showing these 2 fields, but I want to save the user from filling it, as it is already filled in the shop’s checkout page.
