    I’ve searched quite a bit and cannot find an answer to this. I recently took over a website using WooCommerce and the SendinBlue plugin for it. In the settings, there’s an option for “Customers Synchronization.” A sync has been done (but missing some contacts) but we need all customers to go to a new list and not what the last sync used. Is there a way to initiate a new customer sync? The option is disabled after the last one.

    Also, related but is there a way to restore deleted contacts in SendinBlue? Asking for a friend. 😉

    My name is Valeria I work as Product Manager at Sendinblue.

    Do you use our plugin for WordPress or for WooCommerce one (we have 2)? If Newsletter, SMTP, email marketing and Subscribe forms, then you need to go to home page and in the my account click sync my users button.

    Could you tell more about deleted contacts?
    Indeed all changes made on Sendinblue side are not synced to WordPress, so if you add deleted contact on WordPress side they should be restored on Sendinblue as well.
