  • I understand someone might refer me to check with the developer of this theme, which is what I have done before with no response.

This site’s header works on all pages except one:

    http://alumnigolf2018.com/test

You will notice the big difference once you open it up, for unknown reason the header section was squeezed in this page.

Can anyone help to sort it out?

    Thank you very much.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Have you tried switching templates?

FYI: I am not seeing this issue. It looks fine to me for Firefox, MS Edge and Chrome

Impossible to go that way. That’s even crazy, the site is almost completed.

I have determined there is a plugin conflicting with the theme, both the plugin and the theme are from the same developer, shouldn’t have this conflict.

    Plugin’s name: Flickr Algum Gallery

What I need to use the Flickr is:

I am allowing authorized person upload photos for the tournament by himself/herself with their mobile app, once uploaded, the photos will show up on the website right away.

So the plugin needs to be able to show Flickr album/gallery, just that simple, I tried other plugins, this is the one that is picked. if anyone has better recommendation, kindly let me know.

    Thank you.

Thank you for your finding. I do see it in Chrome but yes Firefox is fine.

This is making things even muddy now.

Is there any magic trick or plugin to make it work for all browsers?

Sorry for the crazy suggestion, but remember we are strangers to your website and because it’s a commercial theme we don’t know what is and isn’t possible.

@anevins: my apology for using the word “crazy” on your comment.

If the theme and plugin are from the same developer then you should chat with them to see why you are having issues. Note: sometimes it could be conflicting with another plugin. Try deactivating all the plugins except the Flickr and see if the problem persist. If not, then start one at time reactivating each plugin and check your web page to see if it breaks or not.

Other than that, contact that developer.

    @tkgnewseed

I have identified their plugin is somehow conflicting to the theme because I used a test page, with the plugin (Flickr Album Gallery), the header is squeezed in my Chrome (and some other people also notice that despite it works on your side.

thanks for your suggestion but this particular developer is in India and does not respond to my couple emails in the past so I gave up reaching out to them.

With that being said, choosing a different plugin is the best option for me.
