# Crashes

 * Easy to use and good customizations. But it crashes a lot when I’m updating a
   table which is time wasting. I happens every second time.

   locate any active tickets from you in this regard. Not on this forum, nor on 
   our [official support platform](https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/).
 * Our support agents would gladly help you out with this, and they’d most likely
   find the cause of the issue and provide you with an adequate solution, so we 
   feel the mediocre review is not quite fair before us being able to provide any
   assistance, since (as mentioned above) we don’t see any tickets raised about 
   the issues you’re experiencing.
