Crashed website

    Hello! Last week we had a fully crashed website with a “critical” error. When we started to search for the reason, we found that ShortPixel is affecting the entire website. So we’ve deactivated the plugin and later, after the new update, everything was fixed. How can I avoid this kind of error in the future?

    Hi @karinaz,

    From what I read, we don’t have so much information about the issue itself. We don’t know what the error was, if it was related to ShortPixel at all, what was supposedly fixed, if anything else changed on your website during this period, etc. So, as you can understand, I wouldn’t know how to answer your question 🙁

    If you could provide us with more details about this, including some screenshots, that would be perfect!
