You did indeed receive the original request, the ticket was 89987. But you did not respond until I left a negative review How would I get an update via the website when the plugin crashed the site? You needed to reach out via email to everyone who was using the plugin as soon as you realized it was crashing sites- for that matter, who releases an update that crashes sites? beta testing 101. You also pulled a dumb move last year around this time- your plugin was in a conflict with another plugin- I didn’t know until customer complaints unable to purchase our products during black Friday holiday sales, only to discover you HAD released an updated plugin that fixed this but without notifying users that they needed to log into your site and download the latest version. very lame.
