Crashed site

    My site has crashed and I can’t get into it in any form. I am aware that the reason for the crash is the theme (newsmag) that I tried to install. When I to access the site using FTP I was denied access with it saying that the username or password was incorrect. The site is buzzsawmag.org

    Is there anything I can do or can you look at it and try and help me?

    This is something you’ll need to resolve with your host.

    You need to access via ftp.
    Contact support of your hosting provider or check/reset your ftp credentials via your hosting providers control panel.
    If you simply delete (or rename) the folder with the failing theme, and make sure that the theme Twenty Seventeen is located in its correct position, then this standard theme will be used when WordPress loads, hopefully letting you log in to the admin panel to continue your work.
