  • NINGX white screen.

    Then after reactivating our plugins, we get this error in admin that our site is having technical difficulties and we cannot do anything in admin. we have wp engine hosting and no errors til now.

    We had to use a backup and lost some data.

    WP ENGINE tech support confirmed it was your faulty plugin.

    BTW, your plugin is now on WP ENGINE blacklist 🙂

    Thanks for wasting an hour of our time

    Hi!

    Sorry about that. But, your issue is not related to my plugin. Because many people use my plugin and they didn’t complain about the white screen issue.

    White screen mainly appears while there is a conflict between plugins. You could fix that by opening your cPanel and removing an unnecessary plugin.

    I think you did something yourself about data loss issue when you faced the white screen issue. Because my plugin doesn’t cause any data loss. WordPress.org team has reviewed the plugin before they made it public.

    @rockethead2 it works fine on my site – sounds like user error!

    Before you claim it was the plugin’s fault – why not post some evidence like error .log entries, your WordPress version, other plugins installed etc.
