Hello, we are sorry to hear that you are having problems with our plugin. From the php warning we can see that controls.php file is missing in your websites loader plugin directory. You can delete the loader folder from plugin directory via ftp or file manager to remove the plugin. And try reinstalling the plugin. Hope this will solve the problem. If it does not, let us know. And please help us to improve the plugin by sharing your website url and list of installed plugins (we don’t collect any information from the plugin) here.

Control.php? What is it supposed to do?
And how only your plugins “requires” it?
Else how deleting and reinstalling will solve the issue?
    Please clarify.
    Thanks

It is one of the most important files of Loader plugin. It allows you to customize the preloader via customize screen and store the settings to database. Somehow this file was deleted or the plugin was not installed properly so reinstalling it should solve the problem. And if it still do not solve the problem, there might be some conflict with another plugin. And in this case do let us know, we would love to assist you to make the plugin work properly on your site. Thank for your interest and time.

The admins and/or moderators of this forum have restricted my account and i have no idea why. they edit my posts, block me from updating reviews, and prevent me from other tasks. Well, i don’t mind, but an explanation why would sound fair, which i doubt they will do… if not blocking me further, no idea why.

anyway, unable to post proper review, here i go:

Update: They provided with support. i have this time uploaded the file through ftp, and for now it seems to work. will give few times to give final review. but moving review at 3 stars, for undecided. I’m giving a try again

Been looking for preloader, tried wp preloader, and preloader but could not have it do the work. saw this one, and thought let me give a try to low level installation numbers… and sure enough was I wrong. Plugin upon activation and trying to publish from customize panel, sent my server down Right away!

reason for updated review: They provided with support for fixing issue. I’m giving a try again

My colleague explained that in a reply that was sent to the email address on your account. The reply was then removed from public view, but here it is again in case you did not receive it:

I’m a forum moderator on WordPress.ORG and have nothing to do with this plugin, pro or otherwise.

I have archived your review and flagged your account for abuse. You are using the review section here for obtaining support for the “pro” version and that is not cool. When you threatened a lawsuit you went too far.

These are community support forums staffed by volunteers. Your conversation with the plugin author isn’t for this site and neither are legal threats.

Your are not blocked from anything, but your posts will require approval before they appear publicly.

If you would like to discuss that further, you are welcome to in the #forums channel of our Slack instance: https://make.wordpress.org/chat/

I think it’s a misunderstanding. This plugin doesn’t have any pro version. I was referring to this support threat in reply of @kohp review. @macmanx, @kohp was not using review section for ‘pro’ support.

@broadbrander This was regarding his interactions on a different plugin’s support forum.
