# Crashed my website

 * Hi, I installed zencache today and after activating the plugin, my site looks
   weird now (hrishib.com). I uninstalled the plugin and deleted all files. However,
   it still looks messed up. Any ideas?

 * What does “crashed my site” means ? Actually nothing that helps.
 * Also if you uninstalled the plugin, and you are sure about it, then it can’t 
   be a fault of ZenCache.
 * Did you change your htaccess ? your wo-config.php ?

 * Take a look at the website right now. It is not supposed to look like that and
   it happened right after I installed zencache. Nopes did not change htaccess or
   wp-config. In fact, I followed the uninstall process that is listed on the zencache
   website and still nothing 🙁

   site and it looks fine to me.

 * If you followed the manual uninstallation instructions in the [How do I uninstall ZenCache?](http://zencache.com/kb-article/how-do-i-uninstall-zencache/)
   KB Article and you’re _still_ experiencing issues, then something else is causing
   the issue, not ZenCache.
 * I just checked the site and it looks fine, so if you’re still seeing an issue
   with the site then your web browser might be loading a cached version of the 
   site. Try clearing your browser cache.
