    Hello,

You jumped to conclusions and left a review before giving us a chance to help. Many issues could have caused this, such as:

    1. WP memory limit below the recommended value By default, sites are set to 40MB, which is too low for modern websites and needs to be increased.
    2. Outdated PHP or mysql version
    3. Malware on the site
    4. Corrupted databases
    5. Wrong file permisssions
    6. And more… a lot of things.

We suggest installing our free Site Checkup plugin and running all the options, including the server checkup and analyzing the errors found in the error_log file. After that, please contact us so we can help you identify and resolve the issue on your server.
