  • I would consider myself a pretty light user of the plug-in. I sell a product or two here and there but that’s about it. On the last upgrade it completely crashed my entire site. ERROR 500. Had no choice but to do a reinstall and restore. I no longer trust this plug-in.

    We are sorry this has happened to you and more than likely this is due to a previously unknown plugin conflict or theme issue. With all major releases there are risks, but we would be more than happy to work with you to get this fixed as soon as possible.     All the other updates went fine and I haven’t added any new plugins. I’m out man, sorry. Plug-in deleted. Wish I could get my money back.

    We are sorry that we did not get a chance to correct this issue for you, it turned out to be server specific. In case anyone else has this issue, we just released version 4.0.1 to correct this issue. The problem stemmed from users that are running PHP 5.2 or less. We apologize for the inconvenience and the store should run as usual moving forward.

    It is too bad there was that little bump in the road when they launched that major update to v4.0.0 however it was fixed in less than a day in v4.0.1. We’ve been using EasyCart for a 1.5 years now on our site that has a very complex custom product line and equally complex shipping requirements while connected into Quickbooks accounting. We are very happy how thing are working now and feel very good about the direction and power of the new EasyCart version 4. We’ve been using ecommerce many years and feel this is a great solution with a high ROI for small businesses.

    Purchased and very happy with the cart, solid, does everything you need and no add on after add on… easy to work around. Great support on the few times I contacted them. Works as promised …!! After using several others glad to come here to this great program

    @ dklassen customers like you are just a nightmare for creators and business owners.. you don’t give a terrible rating just for an issue that could happen under any curcumstances.. I have been using WPeasy cart for almost 8 years (since it was originally L4) and today still happy with the platform.
